Funding your Surgery

You have basically two options the first is to go down the NHS route, or you seek surgery privately either in the UK or abroad.

Costs for having a gastric band privately is in the region of £4,000 - £8,000 whilst the gastric bypass procedure ranges from £8,000 - £15,000.
But beware not all packages are equal and there are many factors you should consider when weighing up your options.
The private option will allow you to undertake your chosen procedure more quickly.
